1-10V is a derivative of 0-10V, with a voltage range of 1-10V. It does not have a native off function and requires an additional switch. Compatibility is partially interchangeable, but cross-use is limited.

1. Flickering problem: If the power supply itself is working normally but flickering still occurs, it is often due to a signal voltage conflict between the power supply and the customer's control system (both outputting 10V signals, causing mutual interference). In this case, you need to first identify the type of control system and solve the problem accordingly: For current-sinking control systems (where the system outputs the dimming signal, and the power supply does not need to actively output voltage), the power supply signal line can be switched to a no-voltage output mode to eliminate signal conflict; for current-sourcing control systems (where the power supply outputs a 10V signal for the system to work, and the system itself has no voltage output), no additional adjustments are needed, and stable dimming can be achieved under normal operating conditions, except that the lights cannot be completely turned off at 0V signal. If the customer explicitly requests that the light fixture be completely turned off at 0V, and their control system actively outputs a 10V signal, switching the power signal line to a no-voltage output mode will completely solve this problem.

 

2. Abnormal shutdown problem: If the light fixture cannot be completely turned off at a 0V signal, the core reason is that the controller's minimum output voltage is higher than the power supply's turn-on threshold (the typical threshold is 0.5V), resulting in a weak output from the power supply. There are two possible solutions: one is to replace the controller with a low-threshold controller that has a minimum output voltage below 0.5V, matching the power supply's turn-on standard; the other is to install a relay to forcibly cut off the AC input circuit, achieving complete shutdown of the light fixture.
